FP Validated has joined Injective as a validator and will contribute to network security, governance, and ecosystem growth across Korea and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
In this article, we explore the core mission and architecture of Injective, why FP Validated decided to participate in the network, and how we view the ecosystem's long-term potential.
For a more in-depth analysis of Injective, please refer to the FP Research here.

1. What Is Injective?
Injective is a Layer 1 blockchain designed to bring trading, payments, asset tokenization, and other financial activities onchain with high speed and efficiency.
Unlike general-purpose blockchains, Injective provides core infrastructure such as order books and oracles as protocol-level modules. Developers can use these modules to build spot and derivatives exchanges, lending markets, prediction markets, and real-world asset applications without recreating foundational infrastructure from scratch.
By combining fast finality, low transaction costs, finance-specific modules, and multiple execution environments within a single network, Injective is positioning itself as foundational infrastructure connecting traditional finance with onchain markets.
The key features of Injective include:
- A Unified Environment for Onchain Finance: Injective supports a broad range of financial services within a single network, spanning spot and derivatives trading, real-world asset tokenization, stablecoins, and payments.
- Protocol-Native Market Infrastructure: Its onchain order book and shared liquidity infrastructure enable applications to launch new markets without building an entire trading stack from scratch.
- Broad Developer Accessibility: Support for both WASM and EVM allows teams from ecosystems such as Cosmos and Ethereum to build with familiar languages and tools.
- Scalability for Institutional Finance: Fast finality, low transaction costs, and infrastructure supporting tokenized assets and compliance-oriented financial services provide a foundation for institutional participation in onchain markets.
2. How Does Injective Work?
Injective combines a modular application layer built with the Cosmos SDK and a MultiVM execution environment on top of proof-of-stake consensus. Transactions originating from WASM and EVM share a common validator set and network state, while financial applications can directly access modules embedded at the protocol level.
Its core architecture consists of the following components:
- Application Layer: Built with the Cosmos SDK, this layer processes business logic and state transitions for core functions such as staking and governance, as well as finance-specific modules including Exchange, Oracle, and Insurance.
- MultiVM Execution Layer: Support for WASM and EVM allows smart contracts and transactions created in different execution environments to run on the same Injective network.
- Proof-of-Stake Consensus Layer: Tendermint BFT consensus enables validators to agree on the validity of blocks and transactions while providing fast, deterministic finality.
- Role of Validators: Validators stake INJ as economic collateral, propose blocks, and verify transactions. They also maintain network uptime and participate in governance, supporting the security and long-term development of Injective.
3. Why Is FP Validated Joining Injective Network?
FP Validated sees significant potential in Injective's finance-specific architecture and its ability to connect traditional finance and onchain markets through a unified infrastructure layer. In particular, we believe that the combination of protocol-native financial modules, a MultiVM environment, and fast finality can serve as important infrastructure for the continued development of trading, real-world asset tokenization, stablecoins, and institutional onchain finance.
Our contribution will extend beyond operating reliable validator infrastructure. We also plan to participate actively in research, governance, and broader ecosystem development. By leveraging Four Pillars' institutional network and deep understanding of Asian markets, we aim to connect the Injective ecosystem with institutions across Asia and contribute to its long-term growth.
4. About FP Validated
FP Validated is Four Pillars' institutional blockchain infrastructure arm, built on the company's research capabilities and extensive infrastructure operating experience. With a deep understanding of the protocols we support, we provide a broad range of services spanning validator operations, governance participation, and secure infrastructure deployment.
Our core infrastructure team brings more than four years of experience at one of Asia's leading blockchain infrastructure companies, where they collectively operated hundreds of networks. Drawing on this experience, we help institutions in Korea and across Asia participate in blockchain networks securely and in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Ultimately, FP Validated aims to become the most trusted blockchain infrastructure partner connecting global protocols with institutions across Asia.
